What are a few things you would like to change ?</p>

<p>There are no complete studies involving the novel acai berry, so evidence claiming that acai berries cure depression is only anecdotal.</p>
<p>Other studies, however, have shown that a healthy diet and exercise can immensely help people with depression.  The famous Mayo Clinic said simply walking for a little while each day, or doing other physical activity like cleaning the house or shoveling the driveway can make a person fell much better. The clinic said physical activity gives people a sense of accomplishment that they may be lacking because of their depression.  Exercise also gets blood vessels working, sending more oxygen to the brain and the rest of the body.</p>
